The problem
Dispatchers were assigning routes by hand in spreadsheets, which meant slow reassignment when drivers went offline and no visibility into delivery ETAs.
Our approach
We built a real-time dispatch console with live map tracking, automatic route re-optimization, and driver status sync, backed by a Node.js service layer over the existing fleet API.
The result
Dispatchers can now reassign a full route in under a minute instead of ten, with live ETAs visible to the whole ops team.
