What working here is actually like
Synocraft is a small, remote-first team, which means you'll work directly with clients rather than through layers of account managers, and you'll see your code reach production in weeks, not quarters. We keep teams lean on purpose — every engineer here is trusted to own their part of a project end to end.
We're typically looking for engineers across a few areas as client work picks up:
- Frontend engineers (React, Next.js, Angular)
- Backend & API engineers (Node.js, Python)
- Cloud & DevOps engineers (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Full-stack product engineers
